MOVENPICK CAFFE GLACIER: Extending the offer

Mövenpick Caffe Glacier opened their first flagship store in Mission Bay, on a site that was only 54m² in size.

We were instrumental in driving the business strategy and Brand Experience to create an ice cream store that would operate as a day and night time offer through changing moods and menu offer.

The success was visually demonstrated by the fact that customers were prepared to queue for over 20 minutes to buy an ice cream.  This success led to the sale of the local Mövenpick license and the business model was then replicated around the rest of the country.
